Jack's owner, who recently moved to the Island, just picked him up.
The family says thank you to all the Islanders who helped search, made calls, put up signs etc.
Jack was a 5th birthday gift for the family's son who is now 13, and was devastated by his loss. Jack, who has always liked to go searching his territory, would always come home within a few minutes, but in this new place he must have just gotten turned around and lost his way. I'm go glad it was a happy ending!
Needless to say it was a happy reunion. Here's to more happy endings!
